I truly enjoyed my stay at this modern and new B&B in Syracuse. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the entire establishment was easily accessible for senior guests like myself. The common areas were inviting and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and socialization. The hotel's staff, particularly the friendly children working there, were always ready to assist and ensured that my needs were met throughout my stay.

If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to have additional amenities and services specifically tailored for senior guests. This could include activities or facilities that cater to older individuals, making their vacation even more enjoyable.

We chose Spigolehouse for its convenient location near Ortigia, Neapolis Archaeological Site, and the highway. Parking on the premises was a great bonus. The breakfast options were delightful, allowing us to choose from several cafes. The rooms were beautifully designed, with attention to detail. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Andrea, the host, was exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Located outside of the packed city center, down the street from a great pizza place and close to the Ortigia island, this accommodation offers plenty of parking on site and is safe for families. The rooms are new and sweet, modern equipped, very clean and have excellent shower space. Staff is friendly, helpful and speaks good English.

The breakfast is very basic and located in a crowded cafe around the corner on a different street.
